Delete Your Human Advantage Account

Option 1: Delete inside the app

1. Open the Human Advantage app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data (or tap Delete Account in Settings).
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day cooling-off period. You can change your mind: open Settings → Privacy & Data again and tap Cancel Deletion at any time before the deletion date shown.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@humaniqtechnologies.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to verify your identity. We will confirm within 7 days and process the request on the same 30-day cooling-off timeline.

What is deleted

When the cooling-off period ends, we permanently delete:

• your profile and login account (email, name, sign-in identity);
• your assessment answers, scores, simulator and practice attempts;
• AI coach conversations, coach memory and feedback;
• journal entries, portfolio items, certificates and progress;
• consent records, notifications and token-usage history;
• support tickets you raised.

What we keep, and for how long

Content you posted publicly in the community may remain visible until it is removed along with your account data.
