1. About Us

HumanIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated in India (CIN U62020UP2026PTC246678), recognised by Startup India (Recognition Number DIPP275522), and a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Legal and support enquiries: hello@humaniqtechnologies.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at hello@humaniqtechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain rewards, discounts or leaderboard positions.

4. The Services

Human Advantage provides AI-assisted coaching, skill assessments, practice simulators, learning content, readiness scores and a community, to help users build employability and workplace skills. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn at any time. Some features are available only on paid plans or by spending tokens.

5. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and is provided for learning and guidance only. It is not professional, financial, legal, medical or career-placement advice. Please read our Disclaimer. You are responsible for how you use any output.

6. Subscriptions, Tokens and Payments

• Paid plans and token packs are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) as shown in the app at the time of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Tokens are a limited, non-transferable licence to use AI features within the Services. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the plan or tokens have been credited to your account. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment did not complete, write to hello@humaniqtechnologies.com with your payment reference and we will review it.
• Discounts such as college codes are subject to verification and may be withdrawn if misused.
• We keep records of payments as required by Indian tax and accounting law, even after account deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the security of the Services;
• scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services, content or AI features, or use them to build a competing product;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to farm rewards, manipulate scores or leaderboards;
• submit prompts intended to extract confidential system information or to generate harmful content;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your qualifications, employer or affiliation.

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as answers, journal entries and portfolio items). You give HumanIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate, secure and improve the Services for you, in line with the Privacy Policy and the consent choices you make. If you choose to share an item in the community or portfolio, you also allow other users to view it as you have configured.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, questions, scenarios, scores, logos and trademarks, belong to HumanIQ or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial learning and career development.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on or link to third parties such as Google (Firebase, sign-in and AI), Razorpay and LinkedIn. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. References to NVIDIA Inception or Startup India describe our participation or recognition only and do not mean endorsement by NVIDIA or the Government of India.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular score, job, placement, salary, admission or other outcome. See the full Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanIQ and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HumanIQ against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Services.

14. Suspension, Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. You may stop using the Services at any time and can delete your account in the app under Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. How deletion works is explained on our Account Deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence, the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
