It is not professional, career-counselling, financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological or other regulated advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

2. AI-Generated Content

Our AI coaches and tools are powered by artificial intelligence. They may produce answers that are wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable for your situation. Verify anything important before relying on it. Do not share sensitive personal, financial or health information with the AI features unless you are comfortable with how it is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Scores and Assessments

Scores, readiness levels, placement-readiness indicators, rankings and badges are indicative only. They are produced from the activity you complete in the app and our own models, and are not an official certification, credential, academic qualification or hiring assessment. They are not endorsed by any employer, university or regulator, and an employer may choose to ignore them.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not promise or guarantee any job, interview, placement, promotion, salary, admission, income or other result from using the Services. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, the market and decisions made by third parties.

5. Simulators and Scenarios

Simulators, role-plays, case studies and "arena" games are simplified, fictional or illustrative. They do not represent real companies, markets or events, and results in a simulation do not predict real-world performance. Any financial or business scenarios are for learning and are not investment advice.

6. Community and User Content

Posts, profiles and other content from other users express their own views. HumanIQ does not verify or endorse them. Treat information from other users with care, and report content that breaks our rules to hello@humaniqtechnologies.com.

7. Third Parties and Links

The Services may contain links to, or depend on, third-party websites and services (for example Google, Razorpay and LinkedIn). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

8. Recognitions and Programs

HumanIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is recognised by Startup India (Recognition Number DIPP275522) and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. These statements describe our recognition or participation only. They do not mean that the Government of India, NVIDIA or any other body endorses, certifies or guarantees our Services, products or any outcome.

9. Availability and Accuracy

We try to keep the Services accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". They may contain errors or be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See Section 12 of the Terms of Service.
